mcafee privacy service

i need help tonight when i turned on computer mcafee went black and i got this error an application component is missing error code 7.1.015

it tells me to reinstal privacy from mcafee disc but when i try to do this it just says an error occured.

its driving me:mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad:

any sugestions, tried to unistall all of mcafee and ended up in a right pickle

going to bed now as very tired but please help;)

well had major problem with getting all of mcafee components off and so went to the mcafee virtual technician

can highly recomend this service:T

they even sent me an email with instructions:D

so back to normal now
