Hello,
I'm having a bit of a blonde moment
I'm trying to set up a document to house all my Christmas Card Addresses so that each year I can just print it off. (keen or what)
I have Avery 8160 labels, and I just want simple addresses, no pictures or anything fancy.
I just tried mail merging them in Word, but after I imported them all from Outlook, only 2 labels printed out, and I couldn't view the whole lot. I don't know where they went, they were there when I edited them.
Actually, I'm happy to just copy/paste them in from wherever, I just need the template in some form of office product so they all print nicely.
I used to be able to do this, but have forgotten how. Duh!!
Any help? Thanks

Don't know if this is of any help to you, but I do a similar thing each year with my Christmas card labels.
However, I set mine up in Access. It was a bit of a bind (trial and error) trying to get it right initially, but now all I have to do is to add/delete/amend any names and addresses on the Access programme and print the labels off.
It was well worth the initial work.0 -
Do you see all the addresses in Print Preview mode? If no, make sure the page is still A4 and the pritner Properties are that of A4 aswell and not for example, Letter Size. You really have to faff about... your mileage with vary.. .bla blah BLAH
