Also bought a couple of roses in cardboard boxes (starting to sprout already), they should thrive in a good sized pot.
Just to add that these are £2.49 / 2 for £4 in Poundstretcher. Same plants, same manufacturer.

Popped in this morning for some more planters - plenty on stock :) and also saw a gondola full of heathy looking azaleas. I had to persuade myself not to buy, but to wait for the miniature roses.

When I got to the till I saw what I have been looking out for: panettone! 2 sizes: brown packaging 750g and red just 500g. BBE 30/04/14 but if you can resist them they remain fit for consumption for ages.

Popped into the Camden branch yesterday - couldn't resist and bought some more rose bushes which I shall pot this evening. Also had small quantities of panettone in a corner by the door - this time 750g in a blue box. Seems like stocks are moving fast.

Also - I appreciate this is niche - I saw packs of 4m curtain wire and hooks. Am posting this because I couldn't find these for love nor money when I bought my first home many years ago, had to buy tension rods and jago rails which are fair enough, good quality and have lasted me all this time, but would rather have paid 99p per window at the time.

They are selling carte noire expresso glace pods in 99p store. From looks of box its supposed to be used over ice, but its fine just used as a standard expresso.

Use with tassimo milk pods and youve a very cheap cappucino

I was in the 99p shop Burnley today and there were lots of different Panetones in.Does anyone know the difference between all the different coloured packaging or are the contents all the same but just a different wrapper?

If you mean the ones with spotted wrapping in different colours, my brother checked them all out and the only difference he found was that the one with the brown spots is bigger/heavier. So a bit more for your money if you get that one.
