    It's actually 2 years, and after that you can do another CBT to continue riding.

    There are different categories of full licence/test
    Moped
    Light bike - up to 125cc
    Standard bike - anny cc but first 2yrs has to be less than 33bhp
    Driect access, standard licence but without the 2yr restriction.

    Obivously direct acces is the "best" but it costs a lot of money, average price is probably £300-£500

    In October this year the tests are changing, they'll be harder and only a few centres will run them

    CBT is *much* cheaper. Do that first and see if you like it...

    Don't try overtake a car on the side at which it is intending to turn. Saw a motorcyclist do this once and yes the car started to go for it and the motorcyclist was thrown clean off.

    These are anti-social and unnecessary - they should be banned IMHO. Why should the whole street have to listen to your ego trip?
    I used to think that good grammar is important, but now I know that good wine is importanter.
