i've tried writing to them twice with and inquiry/question and never had a reply
can i ask how did you contact them?
I emailed them on their website, just complimenting them. I put my address on the email too, and they sent me a letter in the post. Was only a couple of weeks ago. I hope you get your enquiry sorted soon!I Miss You Dad 1948 - 2016

Yes and got a voucher from them. I found something in my strawberry sundae. I think it was a strawberry stalk about an inch long. Complaint first to the place I bought it. Then wrote an actual complaint.
If you were eating inside did you complain to them? As they will log it in case you feel the need to put your complaint into writing? However if it was a takeaway meal I would have still kept it and took it back to complain if that was possible.
The problem with establishments like McDonalds is there is no evidence of you purchasing something from them unless you are in the minority and ask for a receipt. So if you have to complain it helps if there is evidence of a purchase.Wins in 2015
