Signature Problem

Can anybody help I am unable to put a signature in my posts for some reason. Heres what I have tried so far
Cleared the cookies
Checked I am ticked in the allow sigs
and that I am on enhanced thingymegig!
Anything else I could try I would really like a signature:o
