Not HIPS but EPC's, and only for prospective NEW tenants. Current tenants remaining in a property past October will not need to be shown an EPC0

Wish we'd had one. It would have flagged up the inefficient electric convection heaters that the letting agent called storage heaters, and the power-hungry immersion heater that has no timer switch.Hurrah, now I have more thankings than postings, cheers everyone!0
