This mentions everything else, but not this new fee
Probably because this fee isn't new, and has been in effect for ages. (14th November 2006 to be exact)
For instance there's a thread on these very boards from Dec '06 talking about it
(and as already pointed out a few times, this fee isn't charged if no interest is due, only if 1-49p is due.)Conjugating the verb 'to be":

Actually good point!! I just saw the word "interest" and was blinded by it0 -
last clause in 7.2 is an incredibly badly worded sentence. obviously they use complex sentences to their advantage, but it definitely backfired on me as i almost canceled by card.0
