Try setting up a 2nd y-axis to cope with the extra information. Best graph to use it a line one of some sort, should be straight forward.

    hi, me again:D

Am doing another spreadsheet, this time in Column B I have dates of birth, now in Column C I was wanting it to put the age. Have googled trying to find the formula that will do this but am struggling to understand the results and wondered if anyone can tell me how to do this

Try =(NOW()-B2)/365 and change the cell format to General to give a number instead of date.

ahhhh, am struggling with the conditional formatting set up.

i know how to get it to conditional format so that I have the cells highlighting when I get a figure in that is more than 250, but cant remember or find how to change the colour it highlights in - anyone know?

    thanks

Conditional formatting is under the Format menu.
If you highlight a cell with conditional formatting already on it, it will give you what you already have the formatting set at.
Providing you haven't got any $ signs anywhere in the conditional formatting, you can copy/paste the formatting by selecting copy and then Paste Special/Formats.
