1. The prize promotion is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over, except employees and their families as well as representatives or agents of Tiscali UK Limited. Any entries submitted by agents or third parties will be invalid and will not be accepted by the Promoter.

2. You may enter this prize promotion by answering a multiple choice question either (a) via the Tiscali TV service within "Tiscali Recommends" or (b) by clicking on the Alton Towers logo on the website https://www.tiscali.co.uk/tv

3. By entering the prize promotion, you hereby warrant that any information submitted by you is true.

4. First Prize of 1 (one) Alton Towers resort break for a family of up to 4 (i.e. 2 adults and 2 children under the age of 12 or 1 adult and 3 children under the age of 12 including an overnight stay in either the Alton Towers Hotel or Splash Landings Hotel, breakfast, dinner, two day entrance to the theme park and two day access to the Waterpark. There are 2 (two) runners-up prizes of a Family Pass (4 tickets) to the theme park. Transport is not included. Winners will be responsible for travel to Alton Towers.

5. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a supervising adult.

6. The prizes are non refundable. No cash alternatives will be given. The first prize is valid for a family of up to 4 sharing a family 4 room in either the Alton Towers Hotel or Splash Landings Hotel. The prize must be redeemed before 16.10.08, and is subject to availability. Bed, breakfast, dinner, 2-day access to both the Theme Park and Waterpark. Alcoholic drinks, telephone calls, movies, games, Spa, and other extras are not included in the prize and must be settled on departure.The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value at any time.

7. If any winner is not able for whatever reason to accept the prize(s) then the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize(s) to another participant.

8. The closing date for this prize promotion is midday, August 8th, 2008 (the "Closing Date") and any entries received after the Closing Date will not be accepted by the Promoter. The winners will be the first three correct entries randomly drawn from all correct submissions.

9. Winner(s) will be notified by email within 7 days of the Closing Date.

10. Submission of entries will not constitute proof of receipt and no responsibility will be accepted by the Promoter for entries that the Promoter does not receive. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or corruption of data in transit. No responsibility will be accepted for entries that are lost, delayed or damaged in the post or elsewhere. Illegible, incomplete, late or defaced entries will be disqualified.

11. A list of winners' names and locations can be obtained by sending a stamped, self-addressed envelope to the Promoter after the Closing Date.
