the sale will go online on 2 march Tuesday, so at the moment we have a 10% code to use on the 2nd and our good old free delivery code SHD1 no min spend

The 20% off code won't work for me now, which is a pain because I've just received some mugs that I ordered last week, and they're smashed to bits I phoned customer services and they've told me to return the mugs and just order some more (they are still in stock) but of course now I won't get the extra 20% off! Ah well.

Will there be 25% off the things in the Clearance bit too? And is it right that you can get 20% off by using P8LP an paying by a Debenhams card? Is that another 20% off the stuff that's already got 25% off? Maths never was my strong point but I'm getting in a right muddle here lol

Can you not call CS and ask them to manually do it? Ie: they add the 20% off, why should you loose out because the mugs were smashed? Debs CS is normally fabby

Why not reorder then send the damaged mugs back using the latest return invoice.You will still then receive your discount.Not your fault afterall:rotfl:
