That is rubbish. I would just call again at a different time and get a different person, or ask for a more senior CS person! (I'm pretty determined on the phone, but still polite and reasonable, and rarely give up until I get the right answer). I do like LADY A's suggestion though, would defo go for that option if customer service won't sort it for you. Don't loose your 20%!
