Any Debenhams Codes around??

I once ordered some clothes and rturned some of them only to find not all items had been credited. I phoned them and they said I must have packaged the parcel poorly. It was a box and was sealed with an abundance of tape. They said as a gesture of goodwill they would refund which was annoying because it was not my mistake. However, what I did next time was to return everything in separate shipments using old boxes so that each had a courier number to make it easier for them to track. Muppets.
