BTW, does anyone know if there is a way to order online with your Debenhams card? I tried putting the number in, but it wouldn't work as there is no start date or expiry date.

Yep, They are quietly trying to get you to update to the new card which you can draw cash on. I actually did this but when the new card came through it was not a gold card so I cancelled it. The new ones can be used online though.

Has anyone got an up-to-date code, I hate buying anything from Debenhams unless I can get at least 10% off. Also, has anyone had a problem with sending back returns and not getting them credited to their account? Seems that a few of my items have not been received by the warehouse.

I need a code too, like you feel I need some discount. Also, I usually return items in store however I returned a pair of my sons shorts by courier on 30th July and notice they still haven't been credited back on my card. Think I will email them.

There returns seem a bit crazy to me, sometimes I get an email to say they've credited my account, sometimes I get a letter to say they've credited my account (but usually they don't say what they've received so I'm not sure what they have credited) and I have several deliveries a week and two people are acting as couriers. I did email them but so far I've not had a reply.
