    Just tried the SHA1 for free delivery and if didn't work - so phoned Debenhams as I am a Debenhams Gold Card holder and that is the code we are meant to use for free delivery, which is one of the gold benefits.
    The solution offered by their representative was to take my order over the phone and they would be able to add the free delivery - so very happy with that!!!!

    Can anyone confirm if the codes are sent in the newsletter?

    It says:
    I would like to receive regular Debenhams email newsletters informing me of promotions, offers and competitions.

    But it'd be nice for someone to actually agree with this...

    Thanks! I used the 5% off and free delivery codes today to get a half price coat for my dd for only £33.75 plus free delivery!!!
