Vauxhall Zafira radio/cd

I need to replace my stereo, all I want is a bog-standard cd/radio player.
I just bought the cheapest one from Argos for £40.00 but it does'nt fit. There are wires on the back that is preventing the radio being pushed back flush to the dash.
Anyone know where I can get a similar priced one?

Pull out the cage that the Vauxhall unit sits in as they have the wires built in. Removes them and your radio will fit.

If you have already removed the black metal cage, then push the excess wires away into the hole at the left bottom corner. They do fit, even with stalk control adaptors.

Yes - bend it in the middle - it is a bit brutal - there is also a hex screw securing it at the back IIRC.

Torx 15, 8mm hex or cross point.
