in Credit cards
Hi all,
I no there are numerous threads with all the details on but reading through some of them I am getting my head in a twist. So if anyone could direct me to a thread which gives a step by step guide of what to do that would be great.
As i have a couple of cc from ebfore april 07, does this also apply to store cards like argos?
Any help would be great
Thanks

Thanks Judy,
Just a couple of things that I wanted to clarify.
What is the date the credit agreement has to be signed before?
Does the debt have to be older than this date or does it cover anything on the agreement no matter how old it is?
The 12days + 2 days + 30 days, does this mean 12 working days plus 2 more working days before you send the second letter and then 30 calendar days before you can send the last letter?

As far as I know the CCA changed in 2007, so it would be for agreements prior to this date. The older the debt the better chance there is that the
CCA can not be found as companys were reckless and have lost many.
Just send the first letter then sit back for the additional 30 days than send the default letter.
If you read the thread I posted earlier you will understand it all better.
Best to post on the DFW board if you have any queries.0
