Oh Help!!

Hi im new, though i'd ask for some help, I have had student account and postgraduate account with Abbey popped in local branch to ask about when my account will be upgraded to a graduate account as advertised on their web site (i graduate september) and they said, they dont do them, i will have to appeal for the right to keep my overdraft and have now received a letter saying if my account is overdrawn as of Sept 1st i will incur charges on daily rate!!! i owe £1800 which is my full postgrad overdraft, dont think i can change banks as do not have offer of graduate employment yet, any advice, anyone had similar issue?? i have even been through to complaints dept...not much help and even mananger of local branch doesnt seem to care :confused:

    Ask them to set up a repayment plan with no more charges being added on. They may agree to this.
