Hi,
I'm thinking of applying for Birkbeck Uni to do my course (English) part time. I just wanted to know about the financial help that they offer students - I read in their prospectus that some students are eligible for help with their fees.
Does anyone else know about this?

Note that Birkbeck is a college of the University of London, not a an independent university. It has an excellent reputation.0 -
You can find information about grants for part time HE study on www.direct.gov.uk If your household income is sufficiently low then you'll receive a grant to cover the fees and about £250 over for other expenses.0
