can i cap by business tarrif..?

i managed to cap my home bill the day before the british gas rise, but only just thought about my business... i have a shop, and use dual fuel british gas at the mo- and pay huge amounts more because it is 'business' (however tiny that business may be- im not john blooming lewis!) cant think straight right now as two little tinkers are currently destoying the house (at home on maternity leave) but have been scowering the sight trying find info for capping business tarrifs.. but cant.. can anyone help..?

    Typically any customer on a business tariff will sign a contract for x years normally at an agreed price. So the 1st step is to check your current contract as you can't just switch when you like like you can as a domestic customer. Hope this points you in the right direction.
