i've had one since they were launched, for what they cost each month they're fairly good. They do take a bit of fettling to get them working properly as the software they were launched with killed the battery, the most recent software upgrade has cured that. I'm currently using it as a second phone until my existing contract is finished and then i'll port my current number over to it and use it as my main phone.

did you opt for the free phone or did you upgrade the phone?

I have the free HTC S620 phone , same problems as above but now sorted

I watch films on the way home on it ( meant to take a 6GB MicroSD card)

watch films that gotta take a lot of bandwidth or do you use wifi?

also one question i have does it seamlessly switch between the different connection ie home hub, wifi, gprs

    yes, it does swap seamlessly

I rip the films down to a format to view on the phone called 3gp, then copy them to the microsd card

I tend to turn the wifi/bluetooth off when I'm not using them to save the battery

I've also replaced Internet Explorer on it with Opera Mini which runs faster and uses less bandwidth when I;m on GPRS
