Hi, I managed to reserve a wii fit at Argos at the Great Yarmouth store until the end of today. I thought I would be able to pick it up but now can't, so if anyone wants the reservation number, pm me.

    Hi

if you still have this could you pm me as I can get my friend to pick it up for me!

    Thanks
  • At the shop called Gamestation (i think that's what it's called) the one opposite Home bargains. I went in today, and they had four behind the counter - only available as a bundle though. One bundle costing £109.99 and the other was £119.99. Sorry, can't remember what the games were though. Woolworths have got 150 people on the waiting list apparently  it's only September whats it going to be like in December.

Got one off ebay for £89.99 delivered! There are more out there :)
  • So you paid £20 above the RRP including shipping?

If you had bought from Amazon in Germany or France you would have only paid £5 above the RRP including shipping.

This isn't knocking you deefadog, but I'll never understand why some people don't simply buy from Amazon in France or Germany.

Hi mate, I know, i know, but need this for Friday (Missus Birthday) and £20 was a small price to pay, than the cold shoulder for a week or so LoL. She only mentioned it last night, so thought i did good in the time frame :) I was going to get it from Germany, had a work colleague translate lunch time, but delivery was not guaranteed in time :(

Amazon France looking best bet at moment, with delivery quoted as typically 1 to 3 weeks (does say product is out of stock even though still taking orders).

Amazon Germany quoting typical delivery of 5-7 weeks.

Apparently Amazon Germany often (but not always) ship within 2 weeks or so.

Have ordered one using the play.com link, it states out of stock but it still allows you to order it. So here's hoping, it's worth a try.

Looked at Amazon.fr but just too difficult not speaking the lingo an all, couldn't find the german site so it may be worth while if someone posted the address.

Will update if the play site works.
