I did look at all the bundles out there but they all involved getting something that I didn't want. I don't think looking for something for two days is much of a struggle (I've been trying to get some fondant filled mice called Big Mice that are only sold in Switzerland for months!) but I wanted to get cashback or nectar points for the majority and not pay over the odds. My blood was boiling at the number of people profiteering on eBay and selling them for £100 plus. Selling an Argos reservation code is just sneaky in my opinion.

Mine is on it's way from Amazon France, a week earlier than they first estimated. No money taken off my card though.

I went to the Argos in church street Liverpool yesterday. Was told by a kind
gentleman in customer services that they are getting stock in on Monday. He allowed me to reserve one there and then. I have heard they can check stock arrivals a week ahead in any store so if the stock in Liverpool is no good for you it might be a useful tactic in other Argos stores.

Against my better judgement I relented last night and bought an Argos reservation code (I know, I know) for a Wii Fit in Chester! I was going to order one from Amazon France but it would have cost £74ish total and I would've waited 1 to 3 weeks whereas I decided to just pay the £4.50 for the reservation code and then the £69.99 for the Wii fit so virtually the same price but I got to pick it up today. I don't think I'll leave the seller any feedback though 'cos I still think it's a bit underhand, perhaps if people weren't selling the reservation codes on Ebay there'd be enough to go around?
