Before attempting to reserve a Wii Fit, it's probably worth calling your local Comet to see if they've actually got any in store. You can pretend you want one as part of a bundle just to find out if they've got any and then turn up with a Wii Fit-only reservation..

I bought one today from Tescos at Cribbs Causeway, Bristol. One young man was putting a few behind the self service tills as I was checking out. Not sure if there were any others around the store though.
  • Ok Willy will call em tomorrow

So i also ordered and reserved on via the loophole this afternoon.approx 90 minutes later i got a phone call from my local branch telling me my goods were ready to collect! great.......however she then went on to confirm that the cost was £136.00 i protested that that is not what my documentation said and that i had not ordered a bundle. she apologised but said they were only selling bundles and it was on her screen that was the order.
I would agree with previous advice to phone first (use saynoto0870 to avoid the premium number) It may save you a wasted trip.
sorry forgot my manners Thanks to willy p. i might try store 2 tomorrow!!
It is better to contemplate writing a malicious comment that can make you appear stupid, than to write and confirm it.
  • Comet have confirmed they will delver on monday! Thanks for the cheat!

I had also tried to reserve for store pickup and they phoned to say it must've been a website error as they had no stock. The chap was helpful though and said that there are stock in some stores (but a bit far away).
