  • Looks like the amazon.de and .fr route might be closing...

amazon.de delivery within 5-7 wochen (weeks I think)

    and

amazon.fr now selling at 119 euros - some of their resellers are importing form Germany!

Japan will sell a wii fit for £54 - but I think the import duties etc are going to be pricey!!!

I just hit lucky with mine, got it in Tesco Extra at the same time as they had the consoles in on offer with free game and couldn't believe it when I saw the Wii fit box sitting next to them!

Edinburghlass, I`ve just got back from our Tesco and have got Wii with free Wii play £179.99 there was nothing on the shelves and the girl thought there was only an offer for a free game..but when she checked I could have the play. thats it now only took 2 hours and sorted, all games can hnow be bought by daughter from her Xmas money!
Thanks for everyones postings and advice don`t know how I ever managed before these forums xx
  • Well unless Tesco's have changed their minds then that offer should have finished Katies Mum!

My Tesco extra had the offer on and bought the same as you last week, BUT in the small print offer ended Sunday 23/11 and I know on the Monday all the posters about the offer had been changed and just gone back to £179 for Wii only.

You got lucky there I reckon!

Wii fit keeps showin in and out of stock at John Lewis. Grr every time I get to the verified by Visa screen it all goes wrong :(

Just had the most almightly row with john lewis...

wii fit in stock YEAH.....in my basket double YEAH.... quickly do check out stuff.... at payment time...

... sorry the item is no longer available....

I type 82 words per minute... i filled in that form as quickly as humanly possible but it doesnt hold the wii fit until you check out and there is NOTHING they will do about it.

I spoke to two people at customer services and they told me they could do nothing about it, they werent getting anymore in till next week (according to the second supervisor i spoke to) and they wont reserve on for me even though they admit its a fault on there system.

SO ANNOYED

Must have struck lucky then, the assistant at Tesco didn`t think it was on until she put it thru the till. I was well pleased.

Hope you get a wii fit.

For our wii we bought the charging dock with rechargable batteries off ebay. They do eat batteries so its much easier to have rechargable.
Not sure about fit, I just managed to get one this morning form john lewis (thanks OP :)) but I think we'll be going rechargable route.

    Like this:

Just found this, seems a good price, but will look about:

Yeh I had that 3 times today, as it keeps showing in and out of stock. If you select to buy one it should just flippin hold it for you for a few mins whilst you put your details in. Rubbish system.

I cant type as quick as you but I had autocomplete on so was rattling thru the screens really quickly.

"never knowingly undersold" should be more like"never know if we have it in stock"!!
