Wait on Argos to deliver the goods, didn't recieve no confirmation email well so I aint got an order number, whats the best way to find out if they have recieved the order and if it will be sent out?

Give argos a ring and they will check it for you over the phone, even tho you havn't had a confirmation email, they will check using your name and address etc.

Hi all, just wanted to let you all know a little tip to get back at these t*ssers on Ebay selling Argos reservation codes.

I seen someone selling 2x Wii fit reservation codes for my local Argos this morning on Ebay for £4.99 a pop. I phoned my local stores concerned and they phoned head office and cancelled the reservations and gave one Wii fit to me!!

Soooo if you want a wii fit, take a look on Ebay and see if your local store is listed. If so, give your store a ring, and they will cancel the reservation code and put it aside for you!!!

Turns out that my local store only had 2 in stock, and the guy had reserved both of them!

Anyways, got mine now so im ready to play and the rat race is over for me!!

I am another person who hasn't had their Play order delivered,dispatched on the 17th.
I have never had a problem wth them before and have placed many orders from them for phones,Wiis and Wii fits ,or myself and other family members.

I wonder what the problem is?

My order says posted on the 17th as well... but nothing received so far !! So far never had problem with Play, this being the first !! Anyone - How do you contact customer service by email?

I don't think you can contact them by email, the telephone number is 0845 800 1020.

I don't believe the tale about them taking orders when they don't have them in stock. Otherwise how did they get to the packing stage and then on to the posted stage..How did they not realise??? They managed to take the money for them!!!!
