Wii fit - Stock/where to buy

bought the game before the machine?
why not just buy a stepping board from argos?
from the day it was announced until probably the day i'm pushing up the daisies, i will never get my head around why people would buy wii fit, when you have an entire planet to run around for free.
I guess its because of the other things you can do with the fit. For example, one thing i have managed to get hold of for the Wii Fit is a game called Family Ski, where you can use the wii fit to simulate skiing!!0 -
hi all
looking to buy 2 x wii fit for xmas presents, was wondering are they easy to get hold of now and is the going rate £70 each.
I prefer to wait till nov when will have more money but don't want to miss out, what do people think is there going to be the same shortage as last year as for the wii console?
Erm, well they are a little tricky to get hold of, especially if you're like me and can only afford to pay the £69 rather than paying over £100 for a bundle.
For example i have just rang my local Gamestation, and they told me aside from the fact that they don't know when they'll be getting any in, when they do they will only be sold as bundles.
My advice to you is, start looking now, unless as many others have suggested on here, try amazon in france or germany. For me though, i'm hoping my luck changes here in good ole blighty first before exploring that route.0 -

Lol, don't be so grumpy
Having played on the wii with my family and friends, its great fun and a real laugh watching other people look like a fool trying to do the various games on it, so the wii board to me isn't necessarily about getting fit, its just about having fun.
However, if you have a child (or an adult come to that) who is adverse to excercise, then isn't getting on your feet and having fun, and getting out of breath only going to be a positive thing?0 -
Got my wii fit bundle from Game today ^^ it's great fun! Especially if you aren't normally motivated enough to just go for a run, and the goals really help, the fact you can track your progress etc.
Included on it are like 40 mini exercises/games.. and at £70, you can't really get any better value =]
The only downside was that the first test it did for me..it told me my wii fit age was 40 o.O i'm only 20!!!
After an hours work on it though i brought it down to 21 =]
And yep, it's fun to play with others, and laugh at each other looking silly0 -

Seconded. Family Ski is a pretty simple game but is a LOT of fun! The Wii Balance Board only adds to the 'fun factor'.
But I'm drifting off-topic, as this thread is supposed to be for discussing how and where to get hold of the Wii Fit package.0 -
Ordered my wii fit late last night from german company its posted already and on its way for £77 that'll do nicely no more daily checks of stupid stock sites0

Way to go!
