Triple Phone Set _-help!

Hi everyone, hope this is in the right section - cant see a phone section.

Anyways, we bought a triple phone set the other day at a discounted rate. It didnt have any instructions. Unfortunately my girlfriend has fiddled with one of the phones and now it says searching even though it is sat in its docking station. Any idea how we can get this phone to work because as of now it wont ring when the other 2 phones ring as someone makes a call. I have tried replacing the batteries and turning all plugs on and off. As there are no instructions I do not know if I could do a master reset or power cycle to get the third phone working.

The make is Alphacom is that makes any difference but Im guessing at some point or other someone here will have had a similar problem regardless of make.

This is not a tri band mobile - right? Hands free digital set for home use?
They need pairing to a base unit first.

Yes, sorry this is a triple home phone set (3 phones)

Any idea how we pair the phone with the base unit. When we unboxed it we just plugged all the stuff in and the phones must have already been paired.
