1) Nationwide
8th April: Applied for two-year ISA bond.
14th July: £3,600 debited from my Nationwide Flex Account
4th August: Still no documentation to confirm account has been opened.
2) Hanley
29th July: Applied for a 1 year e-Bond
4th August: Documentation received, showing account opened on 1 August.
Perhaps a good example of "Small is Beautiful".
