Techspert Advice needed please

Hi

I know people will say don't do it, but I want to upgrade my notebook to run Vista. It has a Celeron M420 1.6ghz processor and will have 2gb RAM - would this be enough to run Vista?

Answers on a postcard pls :rotfl:

Have you checked via the Microsoft website whether the notebook's hardware (primarily the graphics chipset) is Vista compatible?

No point even considering Vista until you know it is, and that Vista drivers are available for all of its components.
