Today I bought a twin pack of sellotape for 69p.This afternoon I went to tesco and saw the same pack on offer at £2!!

They're starting to get more and more decent stuff in Home Bargains in Doncaster now after a bit of a dry season.
They have a few Dora The Explorer items including.......


I think they were £5.99.

also the backpack set for £9.99 although this is £9.79 at Argos a t the moment.

They have some lovely "Born To Shop" hanger cards for Grandma's for only 19p. These are cards which you hang on the wall. They say "Welcome to Grandma's house. Children spoilt while you wait". Excellent present.
Also some great kids books including "Who lives in the garden" with discs to turn to make various insects and stuff appear. - 69p.

I agree Donnydude! There is much better stuff now but I have been instructed not to spend any more money on the kids this Christmas, how impossible is that when there is a HB in town it would be rude not to look and even more rude not to buy things. It's a good job DH hasn't really got a clue what I've got and what I haven't got already. I will be visiting HB tomorrow after I've had a look at Woolies closing down sale! Yippeeeeeeeee

In sutton branch today and they had Lindt chocolate santa'a (40g) for 49p. I think the rrp is £1.19. They were going fast though, one lady picked a whole tray of them up!

They also had loads of nice chidrens book's in 39p-69p. I brought a toddler book with moving parts for 69p. The others for older children were under the sea and 'how does that work'.
