  • In the Sheffield Parkway store there were packs of 5 mini sharpies with a free lanyard for 99p- great stocking fillers, I always have one on my keyring so I always have a pen!

    Also a lot of the Newman sauces in bottles with long BB dates for 29p, really nice looking for hampers etc

    been to stockton this morn....grabbed a harry potter mask/wand (thanx cookiemonster), no blue man group pipes.....aaargh...would be grateful of any north east sightings....also grabbed loads of trident apple/peach for 10p and victory v's for 39p amongst some other bits...hth

    Christmas cookie in a tin (like the ones from woolies for a £1) 29p
    Bop it keyring for £2.49
    Dr who 3 figures (some kind of game thing) 99p
    Tardis storage box for the figures think it was £4.99
    Sonic Screwdrivers £4.99

    Sure I'm forgetting some good things!!!

    more thomas take along figures in sunderland this morning - chinese dragon and the brake down train. They also had lots of thorntons mishapes. They were just putting out lots of stock - really wanted a train and track that goes round the xmas tree only £7.00 bargain -but husband wouldn't let me!!!

  • Fuzzy felt laminated packs were £2.99 in HB earlier: £7.82 in Toys'r'us . I bought Fireman Sam, but there were lots of others to choose from.

  • havent got one of these near us. Gutted, OH would go mad for the blue man percussion tubes. Took him all the way to Berlin to see them for his 21st.

    BMG percussion tubes. Has anyone seen these in Staffordshire stores as DD doing GCSE music and would love these for a quirky composition. Many thanks. Any Staffs store as I can travel :beer:

    They had the Doctor Who Tardis Display Box for the Micro Universe Figures for £1.99!!!!!
    Doctor Who Professor Yana and a few other figures for £1.99
    Doctor Who Sonic Screwdriver £4.99
    Doctor Who Cookie Kit 89p This looks really good for the money, you get a Dalek cookie cutter with it so you can make them again.
    They had Bratz babies but I can't remember how much they were.

    The manager was clearing a section at the toys, looks like he was ready to fill it with something new - well here's hoping it's something great! lol

    Went to northampton this morning and got:

    the 99p sharpies - really pleased with these!
    19p story pads (space for a picture and also lined section on each page)
    £4.99 cranium balloon lagoon game
    chinese dragon and breakdown train take along thomas trains, also a charge and go water tower with thomas train for £4.99
    jack in the box with a little dog instead of scary clown..
    wall:E grabber £2.99
    shrek book £1.99


    They also had loads of the twin packs of cube world toys for £2.99 /£3.99 depending on which "series", loads of the harry potter toys, including a sorting hat!
