Just realised, it really was a bargain at £2.99 for the teapot, cups and saucers when the teapot alone is worth £12. Might have to go back, I can always mend/replace the box!

I'm not sure if the cake stand was by Typhoon, it looked more like the pink Rosanna plate set, so maybe it was Rosanna too (although Rosanna stuff usually comes in a nice box - this was just a cake stand, no box). That's probably no help, sorry!

Is it with CUPS & SAUCERS (4 or 6 ?)
OR as you originally posted "* lovely teapot, cup and saucer set in a presentation box,"

only if it's the latter the teapot is likely to be the 2 cup size at £7

    Here >>> http://www.typhoonhousewares.com/TyphoonSite/product//57240.htm

    rather than the other £12 one - 6 cup size / 1250ml

    as previously posted >>> http://www.typhoonhousewares.com/TyphoonSite/product//57260.htm

Still quite a bargain by the looks of it !

Ah yes, it will be the two-cup version then. It came with two cups and two saucers, like a tea for two set. But still a great deal like you say. :)

Thanks pudding. No blue in my local store, shame as I would have snapped one up. I really like the Rosanna stuff too and have bought a few different sets for Christmas presents.
