I saw these screen protectors today but couldn't find what size they are - did you buy one and if so what size is it please and can you peel it off without leaving any stickiness ? TIA.Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, today is a gift - the present.0 -

Me too, have contacted Russ and they dont know when it will be back up and running:(0 -
I had problems registering my Star last year, however, Russ were incredibly helpful and managed to sort it out for me eventually. The registration site is a bit glitchy but Russ are one of those companies who will bend over backwards to help.0

Waist Torsion Disc
£2.99 looks like:
They're £6-8 on eBay and seen them for £40+ on gym equipment web sites.
It's a really good exercise, not too strenuous but seemed to give me good results. I did it whilst watching TV too.
I got an AB-Spin a few months ago (£50) and tbh the results on this were nearly as good and more convenient to store as it's the size of a small bathroom scale.
They've got comfortable wrist exerciser grip things for £1.990 -
Spotted (&bought today in Sunderland):
4x Bacardi and Cola cans (100ml) - £1.99
Really good value, mysupermarket has the 4 pack at £9 in Sainsbury's, £5 in Asda, £6 in Tesco. Individual cans sold are usually £2.0 -

lol I bought one of these with the idea of using it as a cake decorating turntable instead. Dunno if it will work but will be trying it out at the weekend.0 -
