  • Got some lovely sugar-free mints in Bingley branch for 19p a tin! A few different flavours - I got Eucalyptus Fresh and Cherrymint Fresh. Only a cheapie item I know but well worth grabbing a few tins whilst they have them.

  • Saw today they had Moxie Girls - 1 girl and an extra outfit - 6.99 instead of RRP of 19.99 - contemplated getting one but then thought 'do I really need it' how MSE am I - not very when I am kicking myself nearer Xmas when DD asked for one and I begrudging have to spend full price.. :P
  • Picked up the Transformers 2011 annual yesterday for my ds, price on back was £7.99 but it was only 99p!!!!!, great stocking filler

  • They had Pictureka Flipper in HB today too - 7.99...
  • In HB in Sunderland they have soft toys called 'Shining Stars by Russ' they are 1.99 but your not just buying a toy your buying a real Star! I think its a lovely gift thats going to last eternity. Amazon has them priced at 7.99, go to shining stars.com and it gives you info there too

    I want some of the lip balm but couldn't see any at my local.

    My DDs love Shining Stars - they have been collecting them each week with their pocket money and now have quite a collection.

    They are gorgeous - we have also been buying them for friends as small gifts for their bdays etc...
