In HB in Wrexham and also in Oswestry they had Cow & Gate cook in sauce pouches for just 15p each, with a best before date of Aptil 2011. They were flying off the shelves. Types of sauces I saw were tomato & basil, tomato & mascarpone cheese, tomato & 6 veggies, cheese sauce and chicken casserole. Ideal for mums with babies / toddlers. Just add pasta / rice / chicken / vegestablesor whatever you fancy. I grabbed about 5 of each!!

Pwlleli store has Mills and Boon for 39p each and they had a very good assortment.

I saw Fur Real Walking Kitty in HB today £14.99 - I know they are the same price in Argos on special offer at the moment - but thought I would mention it just case they are sold out at an Argos near you

Just had a chuckle to myself as I had read it as Funeral too. Had to read it 3 times before I read it correctly.

I got the Icky Sticky Gooey Snot & Blood Book today in my local HB for £1.99, this retailed at & 12.99. Fab find, it's a science book aimed at 5-8 year olds about smelling, etc with lots of pop ups and flaps. My DD has wanted this for ages, but at £13 I didn't want to shell out so am really pleased with this find. Just hope they get the other one in the series. Here's a link to one on Amazon.

Also got a Disney Princess tin for £1.49 which I thought would be great for keep felt tip pens in.
