No Spa factory sets in Thornaby. I did ask a member of staff but got grunted at. They are not the most helpful in there.

This may sound like an awful thing to ask, but it's for my mother! Do the prices of toys remain the same all year round in HB or do they go up around the Christmas period??

Not that I've noticed, but then their stock changes regularly so you probably couldn't find the same item from one month to the next (at least on the popular stuff). If I spotted something in there that was a particularly great bargain or something specific I wanted then I'd just buy it ASAP.

Thanks for your help. Our store has only been open since April and they still stock alot, but not all, of the same toys that they did when they opened. I have already started getting bits and bobs as and when I see them - just in case they don't get them again;)!

I noticed yesterday in HB they were selling umbrellas at 1.99 with a RRP 12.99 - has anyone bought one? What are they like?
If these are the Morgan ones then they are useless. I bought my daughter a really nice blue one a couple of weeks ago. She said today she used it on her way home from Youth club yesterday and the stem had split, as soon as the wind caught it it snapped in half and this was only the first use!.

I just posted this on grabbit as a glitch, today real leather passport sets
Contains travel doccument wallet, passport cover, luggage tags and a padlock for your case.
Was in pink scanned in at 59p as a licence holder.
Was marked on the shelf for £2.99 which I thought was great value anyway

I got one of these today too, I remember reading on here about the set but didn't recall a glitch! Anyway I got mine for 59p aswell!
I bought with a load of other shopping so didn't notices until I check my receipt!
But mine was marked on the shelf as £3.99.

Does anyone know if it works on the blue one's?

Mini Mat Aquadraws like this -

    http://www.amazon.co.uk/Tomy-Aquadraw-Dora-Explorer-Mini/dp/B000FUC9O0/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=baby&qid=1281040278&sr=8-1

I saw Dora, Magic Roundabout and Night Garden ones today in Telford for £2.99. Also a Diego book with a viewer and some disc things with pictures to go in it. I didn't buy one and can't find it on line but it looked quite nice for £2.49.

They had some Thorntons bags with toffees, raisins and fudge covered in chocolate which are really nice and about 80p but still no remote control Gormitits which is what I keep going in for.

If anyone is interested, just saw hamster cages in the Salford Regent Road branch. They had two designs at £7.99, one was a modern design and the other more traditional. They also a big cage at £14.99.
