Also in Huddersfield were a pack of 6 or 10 flocked non slip hangers for £2. I didn't pick them up so I don't know how good the quality was.

I'm hoping, if all goes well, to visit HB for the first time on Wednesday.

Can anyone please tell me what other shops are round about HB in Rutherglen?

    TIAx.

You have farmfoods down the side past HB, a cheapy shoe shop, a butchers (but not too great...) a really lovely green grocer over the road near the post office and one in the shopping centre, a good few charity shops, an Aldi just down the road, an iceland, and the HUUUGE tesco just down the road the opposite side from Aldi.

    Enjoy!

Hello! There's a few to choose from - i've picked up a couple of white ones which have a pattern cut out down the middle with a hot pink background. There's also one with flowers, butterflies on too which I thought was nice - a bit more old fashioned but still lovely. There's one that says "pitter patter" for babies which I bought and a wedding one. All really nice. Marked up at about £3.50 M&S price, but about 89p in store.

    Hope this helps!

I bought a xyron design runner printer £17.99 for crafters, at the Liverpool store next to the head office, yesterday. (thanks to wssla00 post #3671)

I phoned up a few stores, and luckily for me, the Gillimoss store had 2 left. They kindly put 1 away for me.

If anyone wants to buy one, I'd advise you ring up to see if it is still there. It was on a shelf on one of the back aisles, not down the aisle with the usual craft stuff.

(the box had been opened, the one that's left, but not ripped open)

  • :j Picked up some bargains today :j

I went to Home Bargains because I had seen on Hot Deals that they have kids balance bikes in for £15.99 and I have been looking at them for my son but they are all £40 + I was half expecting for them to not have them in my local store but they did - I am well happy and so will ds when I get it all together.

I also got a Leap Frog Fridge phonics set for £6.99 - that is a bargain (£14.99 on amazon) My son has one and loves it and has really picked his letters up quick using it! I got one for a friends sons birthday coming up.

I also got a set of mugs with coaster and tray gift set from The Leonardo Collection - £2.99 for my nan for her birthday - she will love it. It has pics of fruit trees on.

    I was so happy :D
