    Has anyone seen one of these electronic money counters in Home Bargains?

    I am sure I saw one recently but can't remember if it was here or in B&M.

    My 10 year old has mentioned that she is going to put one on her Christmas list and I know you can get them for about £10 online but I am sure they will be cheaper than that in one of the two above stores.

    Home Bargains in Redcar had a lot of these reduced from £39.99 to £3.99. Reviews are terrible tho! http://www.amazon.co.uk/BaByliss-8807U-Simply-Smooth-Wax/dp/B0014WBXTK
  • Never even considered going onto there actually, thanks for the tip. Is it a paying car park do you know? Oo I wish Under the Arches was still going that'd be even better!

    Home Bargains in Longton is good, prob tend to go more to B and M as they have the cat food I buy in there :j

    Home Bargains in Longton is moving up the road next to B&M and Wilko`s, bigger store + more variety of bargains. Opens Saturday 5th December 09!!:T

    Turtlewax Gift sets. £4.99 each, were £24.99 (I priced up one of the kits as the individual parts at Halfords and the price came up to £18.97). Be careful as one of them leaked on me and now over half the bottle has gone (going to try ask for a replacement) - so tighten up the lids or keep upright.

    Details

    - Turtlewax Nano-Tech Car Care Gift Pack
    Drawstring bag containing:

    * Wash & Wax, 500ml
    * Glass Cleaner, 500ml
    * Polishing Wax, 500ml

    - Turtlewax Wheel & Tyre Care Gift Pack
    Zip Bag Containing:

    * Heavy Duty Car Wash, 1 litre
    * Wheel Clean, 500ml
    * Wet`n`Black, 500ml
    * Jumbo Sponge

    Thanks for the spot originally go to Rhoobarb over at HUKD http://www.hotukdeals.com/item/503461/turtlewax-gift-packs-rrp-25-down-to

    Its probably about the same size as Rutherglen but I think they often have different stock, so maybe worth a look for a change. Funny I had been thinking about going to Coatbridge for a change! The one in Rutherglen is in the shopping arcade, you can't park in the main street so park in the car park above it. I can't remember the name of the street but if you go onto Stonelaw Road from Rutherglen Cross and take first right you will see the entrance up a wee slope. There's a lift down from the car park. There's also a Poundmart place outside in the Main Street where Woolies used to be.

    If you need a wee pitstop the cafe in the centre when you get out of the lift on the right is quite nice and not dear. You get nice toasties in there and table service.
