    Bathgate Hb had classic mb game in a tin called "hi ho cherry o" quite a bargain for 99p same one as this http://www.amazon.com/Hi-Ho-Cherry-Collectors-Tin/dp/B000R0EFD6
    and good for the littley's to do their counting ;) They also had the gormet rock lollipops for 10p and various flavours , very yummmmy :D

    I spent 49.62 in HB today :eek:

    I got the following- wont tell you all of it

    Got a brilliant looking board game called "english quest" trivia on England- rrp 29. odd 3.99 - will put away for OHs b day
    fruit burst tropical juice little cartons - 19p
    obviously the chocolates-i definately fondled! and glad I didnt get the all the same, but not opened them yet will report back- also a bag of the chocs as i didnt try them last time
    some of the above J20s- there were loads
    john west 4 tuna tins 2.49
    sharwoods oyster & basil sauce - 19p
    bacofiol make smoking bag- can smoke chicken/ fish- worth a try for 39p ( appearely rrp 1.99)
    nicky clarke conditioners 99p (rrp 4.50)
    19p amoy noodles- 10
    richard ward products ( all rrp 4.50++) serum, shampoo conditioner, and a lovely little "style reviving compact" mirror and smoothing polish in a mirrored compact"- gorgeous!! fab product too, just tried it out its like a wax, but not greasy at all. This looks really expensive and wiould be great for hampers for anyone! Its not overly girly and could see OH possibly taking this out to work with him -fab product:j - cant find it online?? - all richard ward stuff priced 99p

    really nice little sweets called - florida natural nuggets - strawb/ orange blackcurant using only natural fruit flavour & sugars, REALLY nice- little bags inside- 49p

    100ml mcleans whitening 99p
    again & again oil 99p this is nearly half the price of shops round here
    splenda brown sugar blend- almost bought this in sains the other day for 1.99 -HB bargains in at 79p.
    best buy though is the Nivea visage Oxygen face creams ( both day & night available) 1.99 and 6.99 usually with boots. Althouhg im not sure whether the HB ones are bigger as they were rrpd on the shelf at over £15

    also there were a few of the nachos kits with the " 2 sol offer, also noted 4x strongbow sirrius for 1.99

    I got 2 Richard Ward products from Thornaby store yesterday 1 serum and the mirror one look and smell impressive, will let you know when used them

    Lots of other great deals too including Moonsand Castle Set boxed £4.99

    :heart: oooh ! I can second how good these taste, I'm allergic to colours..makes me go a bit...wild :rotfl: I was bought a candy cane set at christmas filled with these little nuggets.

    Ahhh..Might have to have another..trip to Preston to go and have a look for these tonight.

    the richard ward stuff is really good =] the straight shampoo and conditioner does keep ur hair straight for longer =] and it makes ur hair softer yay!

    now got trever sorbie (sp?) shampoo and conditioners for 99p aswell, arrived yesterday at burslem =] never tried it

    Urmston Quality Save (Home Bargains) is re-opening in the old Woolworths building Weds 24th June...I cannot wait, only a week to go, it's a much bigger shop. Not sure if its only a temp location until the town centre is finished. I shall be a regular visitor :D:D:D:D:D:D

    Brilliant- I used to go to urmston with my mum when I was younger, bargain spotting :D Is Kingspot still going ? i think the one in cheadle is shut down?? How can they compete with HB tho!

    This home bargains addiction is getting serious now, even had to go in my lunch break today into the spennymoor shop:eek:

    saw nivea gradual self tan lotion---99p

    cycling fingerless gloves--- £1.19

    some lovely wedding gift bags with glittery things in --29p

    box of mixed greeting cards--- £4.99

    only bought an address book for 49p for work numbers cos i only had a £1 with me:p


    definetly planning a trip to the thornaby branch on saturday though, will get a proper fix then lol...:D
