  • In Gilmoss yesterday they had Thunderbirds dress-up sets for £3.99, Barbie Princess (I think) dress-up, £2.99. Plastic Coca Cola glasses 39p. Lots of other stuff but my brain has gone blank :o

Bought a Dalek alarm clock but have to take it back because the digital display part on it doesn't work :(

    Huddersfield today
Piz buin sun lotion 3.99 various factors even had the double ones at this price, after sun 2.99. Stocked up for next year.
  • Just a question for Home Bargainers in the West Midlands. I usually go to northfield but does anyone here go to the Smethwick branch? I think it might be bigger than Northwick and I was wondering what it's like and if there's any parking nearby.

I'd be very grateful if anyone could let me know.

in my experience, this price and stock sticks around all year long. A great buy, and one definately worth going on holiday for :D
 Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
    This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast

Yesterday in York branch I got a bottle of Pinot Grigio and a bottle of Pinot Grigio blush for just £2.49 each! Haven't tasted it yet! Will report back!!

Yeah - I have noticed that they have started doing alcohol there too! I always pick up a few bottles - always been really nice! Cheaper than a glass of luke warm wine in the pub!

The Northfield branch is the one closest to me but personally I like the Harborne branch, it's bigger and more spacious. There's a car park (pay & display) right behind it.
