Has anyone been brave enough to try it?
I bought one in Home Bargains for 89p and used it on Tuesday night. You have to leave it on for 90 minutes so I did it while watching BGT. I didn't have much hard skin so it'll be interesting to see what happens. The instructions reckon skin will start peeling after 7 days. Watch this space......0 -
Quick one from Trongate, Glasgow:
Burton's Fish 'N' Chips Salt & Vinegar 5 x 25g, 2 for £1
You can get one 5 pack from Home Bargains for 49p.0 -
Wasn't able to take a real-life picture of this (gave it to my sister) but saw this in Argyle Street, Glasgow yesterday. Collection Primed & Ready Correct & Conceal Kit, £1

***IF YOU ARE SQUEAMISH ABOUT FEET PLEASE SCROLL PAST THIS POST***
Well the skin has started peeling in patches - mainly on undersides of toes and ball of foot. Nothing on heels yet. I would describe the areas that are peeling as what your skin looks like when you've had a blister and it has popped and then the skin looks loose.0 -

I've seen a few people on the Poundland FB page say that their feet are still peeling after a few weeks so I would probably avoid these things.

Which makes me wonder: what is the point of using something that trades unsightly hard skin for unsightly peeling skin? Because if the aim is to have presentable sandal-ready feet, its not going to happen for weeks.defairmans wrote: »I've seen a few people on the Poundland FB page say that their feet are still peeling after a few weeks so I would probably avoid these things.

I'll keep you posted as to how long it takes to stop peeling - heels have been peeling since my last post.0 -

I have been going at my feet with my trusty poundshop version Ped-Egg, thick moisturiser and winter socks, and they are the best they have looked in years! (Once the socks come off, obvs:eek: That's some skin peel!! I think I might stick to my trusty Ped-Egg for my [STRIKE]feet[/STRIKE] hooves.
