Well, not much to write about in either Dalston or Stratford. Just a new Mellor & Russell find - Miracle Styling Heat Defence Cream with Argan Oil. My hairdresser used a styling cream before blow-drying my hair so I've been eager to try one. £1 is a good price for a big tube, I've been impressed with other M&R stuff, and if it doesn't work for me I'm sure one of my long-haired housemates will take it off my hands!

They have some nice silver coloured Stila eye shadow cases in my local - no eye shadows in though, you have to buy them I guess from Stila but there is a mirror in there and very slim to fit in handbag. I bought 2 ipad mini cases. A pink vinyl and a faux leather one in white. I have a blue vinyl one which I bought elsewhere for much more money so really pleased!0
