I got some EggBods from the toy section today - they are little wind up things that you can buy more than 1 and interchange their heads and arms - like these

They only had 3 from the range but seem nice

Also some Horrid Henry Joke books

They had eggbods in B&M but they were £2.99!!!! I was going to buy one for my niece as I thought they were cute. The only reason I did not was because I did not know which one to choose!! She can have 3 now! (That is if I can find them in my locals!):rotfl:
No buying toiletries challenge - possibly for most of 2011,2012,2013,2014,2015!
    £1 in sealed pot for each UU (2011 135/500:D) 2012 have UU 130/400 (never realised I had a mini chemist under my bed!!!) :rotfl:2013 UU 156/350. 2014 UU 197/250 2015 UU 16/100

Nursing is a work of heart by angels in comfortable shoes!!! :)

Obviously I can't be sure it's the same in every store, but I found mine in amongst the medicines section.

Not sure my skin likes it (Lanacane Anti-Chafing Gel). It reminded me a bit of Vaseline (!) though I can't say I'm someone who ever uses primer. I'm usually just a moisturiser/concealer/loose face powder person. Maybe I used too much..not sure!

it seems to work as well as any £10 primer and also doubles as an anti-chafe/anti itch cream for the gym etc. £7 at my boots too! good find thanks op.

All the Lanacane has gone in my store but I did find the cellophane gift bags, they will be great for Christmas extras as they have white dots on which look like snow £1for a pack of 20 with red ribbon ties. I picked up several packs of Thorntons to go with mini bottles of wine (last years dtd) and I'll bundle them together for teaching staff.

Great idea busybee100, I'll have to pick up some of those cellophane gift bags myself.

I got some Revlon Nail varnishes in Peach Smoothie and Mad About Mango. They are scented, so my nails now smell of Mango, it's bizarre!
  • Bright yellow Sally Hansen nail polish - good wearing too.

3 x Rimmel Mono eyeshadows in one packet - blue, green, nice. probably worth £3 each so thats good value.

family mean more to me than money it's call a life
  • poundland in coventry has all the union jack stuff. flags, boxers, biscuit tins, bunting, cups, plates, napkins.....havent found the cake stands yet tho.
they also had the wedding cupcake boxes people were asking for.
There are 2 poundlands, a large one and a small one. the small one did have a few bits the larger one didnt, so worth checking them both out.

also, if you are travelling to coventry specially, for free parking go to ikea, and then take your ticket to the checkout and tell them the item you wanted isnt in stock and you get 4 hrs free.

hope this has been helpful to someone xx

Thank-you cloey, I don't get to see the emails :) do you work at Poundland too then?I agree that the butterfly ones don't seem that big, the 6 packs of cases for individual cupcakes seem to be the right size though xx
Feather boas have been unavailable for a while but I got some in today and we now have red as well as pink.We also have cupcake wrappers in now in pink and blue xx

Yeah i do, sunny fife lol.
I think it was Motherwell that had tried to start a recall (for the butterfly ones) but we had them back in at the weekend so they must be ok. Theres loads more cupcakey stuff coming in this week for the party remerch, we're not a very big store so we missed out on a lot of the line. Hello Kitty partyware! :(
