In the Keighley store today I saw a new section entirely stocked with Weight Watchers products - biscuits 3 packs for £2 (or £1 for one pack!) jams, cheese tortillas, 4 naan breads, cake slices, korma sauce, sweet and sour sauce amongst the products I remember. I hope this is going to be a regular thing. Great if, like me, you need to lose all those extra pounds gained over Xmas!"If you dream alone it will remain just a dream. Be sure to check the labels carefully, as often, the portion sizes are comparable to any other "normal product" e.g 1 biscuit - well you could just have 1 biscuit anyway! It's naughty marketing.
Often the things that are lower in fat are higher in sugar etc.A waist is a terrible thing to mind.0 -
