in sutton coldfield there are clear & coloured christmas lights!
  • In the Keighley store today I saw a new section entirely stocked with Weight Watchers products - biscuits 3 packs for £2 (or £1 for one pack!) jams, cheese tortillas, 4 naan breads, cake slices, korma sauce, sweet and sour sauce amongst the products I remember. I hope this is going to be a regular thing. Great if, like me, you need to lose all those extra pounds gained over Xmas!

Be sure to check the labels carefully, as often, the portion sizes are comparable to any other "normal product" e.g 1 biscuit - well you could just have 1 biscuit anyway! It's naughty marketing.

Often the things that are lower in fat are higher in sugar etc.
A waist is a terrible thing to mind.
