They have some foxs biscuits on offer 2 for a £1. They had SEL all over the place inlcluding on the shelf that I picked some cookies they where not offer.

And all the staff got a bit funny when I said I thought they where on offer and if not take them of my bill.

So make sure you pick up the correct ones.

I noticed that there were Mitchum deodorant/(anti-perspirant) sprays for sale today in the 99p shop in Acton. They were in a dark green can and apparently effective for 48 hours.

    HTH :)

Mitchum definitely is the business when it comes to anti-perspirants.

And yes it does last pretty well.

    Good bargain

Did they have any roll-ons or the 'windy-up' bars [what's the proper word for these?? lol]

I did a similar thing, I picked up two packs of Fox biscuits to be told at the till that the ones I had chosen were not in the deal, so I said I would only buy the one packet, for which I was charged £1. The receipt showed 2for£1 so I went back to the SA, to be told gruffly, "Yeah, the other ones aren't in the deal. You can take a second pack of those ones if you want to."

It's a "Solid Anti-Perspirant Deodorant Stick" full title from boots website. Mitchum is good stuff.

I'm also looking for the fence planters. If anyone sees them around Manchester, please let me know.
