I'm free from 1:30 as Virgin coming to replace the pee filled V.Box, between 8 and 1...:D
But can't flaming call you as DS now peed on my phone
So will happily meet you 1:30 usual place, although as it is change over tuesday may be good to go later (GWP'S!!!;) )but doubt you'd want a coffee at mine after as the house stinks of pee
Really loosing my maternal instinct today :rotfl:
Not sure if it will help but one of my DS used to wet the bed, the only thing that killed the smell was surgical spirit (also works well for dog/cat) which is very cheap and available in Boots.
Use 1 part surgical spirit to 10 parts water.
When we were training our pup we used it in a carpet washer so that he could not smell where he had been, he was clean by 4 months and our carpets survived 2 pups!!Real men never follow instructions; after all they are just the manufacturer's opinion on how to put something together.0 -
OFF TOPIC
I have just had a quick mooch on facebook and noticed that you can't stop looking at your engagement ring..are you going to let us all have a looksy??This is a do-it-yourself test for paranoia: you know you've got it when you can't think of anything that's your fault.Robert M. Hutchins0 -

Was thinking of getting a carpet washer, but nowhere to store it really
Looked at VAX Spot scrubbers, but not sure they are up to much
Hope I can sort it as not really chuffed with the smell, nor the fact that i'll have to replace carpets when I decide to move to another rental or whatever :rolleyes:0 -
Oh cheers, I'll try that, nothing seems to quite clear the whiff! :j

You should be able to hire a carpet cleaner for the day relatively cheap, you can in my area, I assume there must be a hire place somewhere near youTreasurer and Co Founder of - The Smile It Won't Hurt Club

Would foundation last ok till after xmas if its not opened or does it have a sell by date?
Look for the little pic of an open pot and it will say 3. 6. 2. 18. 24 or whatever next to it on the packaging...this is how long they last once opened
Cosmetics can be quite old by the time they are bought, so I would not be concerned at all0 -

I have been skint & trying to stay out of Boots! I think we had most of the bargains that some are just getting a couple of months ago.
I've not been into town or Riverside in ages.Hopefully I'll be childminding in Sept so the fun can begin again!
How are you then? I'll be looking out for bargains so keep me posted & I'll do the same with you! :T xx
Will let you know - but school holidays are keeping me out of Boots mostly - not earning and kids now can spot my Bootsing a mile off. Always seems to be same SA in Riverside who spots me coming a mile off - and SS tills trained to beep at EVERYTHING. That has started to put me off any decent glitches too. Would splash out for a decent sale though - need some more things for the pressie cupboard!DFW No. 344
Proud to be dealing with my debts!!:T0 -

It's skincare so they definitely should take it back. However some SAs don't know their own store's policy :mad:and try to refuse. This happened to me and I wasn't sure so when I got home I called CS. It went like:
me: "Hello, I'm wondering if you return skinca-"
CS: "Yes"
me: "oh, er.. thanks"
CS: "So is that everything then?"
Sounded like they got asked this a lot, probably due to SAs refusing when they shouldn't.
There weren't any terms, I mean it has to be (well, look) new and resaleable but other than that you should be fine. If they refuse, get them to ring CS. They don't accept any cosmetics but they do accept skincare. One of these days these boots are gonna walk all over you!
