Wanadoo livebox need help changed isp and modem dont work now ???

Hi there I purchased the wanadoo livebox over 12 months ago and now changed to E7even but cannot get on internet through broadband as i believe wanadoo livebox is locked to wanadoo and will not work unless it is unlocked. Obviously wanadoo are reluctant to give out the relevent info on this but say it can be done.... This will then allow me to run my e7even account using the said box.
But first i need to find out how to reset/chip/unlock ect ect my livebox can anyone please help me pleasssssssssseeeeeee
i cannot keep using dialup and cannot afford another wireless modem ???

The other con with these boxes seems to be that you need to use their dongle (rather than built-in WiFi) to connect additional notebooks to the livebox.
