    HI Patchwork

I have emailed them today, will let you know the outcome, bet we don't get it!!!!!

    here goes

    Thank you for your email.

I am very sorry to read that you have not received your complimentary subscription gift. I have double-checked with our gift distribution centre and they have informed me that all outstanding orders have now been fulfilled and sadly your gift has not been returned as undeliverable.

The original gift is now unfortunately out of stock. Whilst I appreciate that this is disappointing, we would still like to give you an alternative choice as promised within the terms and conditions of the subscription agreement.

May I kindly ask you to choose one of the following:

    Red Mystery Goody Bag

    or

    A 3 month subscription extension

I hope that you will find the alternative satisfactory.

Please do not hesitate to contact me for any further assistance

That's a shame - it's the bright one I like too. Ah well, I put in an order the other day anyway, couldn't resist!
