Have you tried asking what gift they offer for new subscribers with the Women's Fitness alternative magazine? They might give you something else to encourage you as a new customer to stay loyal to their magazine!!

I have emailed back as they have taken DD payment sent first magazine for Zest but no free gift.

I'm not fussed about the payment as it wasn't a lot, but seems daft sending one magazine without the gift. Will let you know what happens.

I emailed them about dove gift saying it been over 28 days since I ordered, they didn't reply for a few days then sent me an email back that said "your gift has been ordered for you, please allow 28 days from the date you placed your magazine order"

Argh!! Customer service like this drives me mad! I've since received a dove set but still waiting on another one - haven't heard anything from Zest either.
